Overview：

Are you a fluent Mandarin Speaker who would love to work for a luxury retailor?

Harrods are looking for Mandarin Speaking Sales Associates to join the team.

Main Duties include providing exceptional standards of Customer Service, building, developing and maintaining your own Client Book, dealing with Customer queries and complaints, and achieving sales targets and KPIs.

The successful Candidate should have previous experience in a luxury brand as well as excellent verbal and written skills.They should have knowledge of the luxury market, customer service and be up to date on current fashion trends.If this sounds like you and you are a Fluent Mandarin Speaker then please apply now.
